Located on a view lot within Corona Del  Mar CA.

This 7000 square foot villa (floor plan designed by the record architect) needed to have tasteful elevation design and detailing.  Both the client and the city Architectural Design Review board required the elevations to be authentic to the style.  this detailing was located on every elevation.
